Packaging - My jewelry is shipped in a small gift box or bag inside a priority mail box for protection.
Returns - I hope that you will love your jewelry. If you are not satisfied with the purchase, please email me and return your item within 7 days. I will issue a refund as soon as I receive the returned package. Please be kindly reminded:
1. The shipping fee is not refundable
2. The buyer will bear the shipping fee for returning it back.
3. Custom made items are not refundable.
Repairs - In the unlikely event your piece breaks, I will repair it free of charge (less shipping costs) within three months of date of purchase. After that time, I may have to charge a small fee. Please email me first to discuss the nature of the repair required.
